Bigfoot Dancing

On Friday I received this amazing thank you note in the mail. This drawing really touches my heart. I am so grateful that Simon took the time to make it and send it to me. This is one of the very best things I have ever received in my mailbox. It makes me love what I do all the more.

I'm curious; what's the best thing you've ever received in the mail?

I hope you had a great weekend. We made it out for several adventures. The weather was perfect. The forest is starting to get green and we are being woken up every morning now by a symphony of birds. I'm so thankful for spring.

    That is absolutely fantastic!

    It's hard for me to pick the *best* thing - it is such a delight to get hand-written/drawn letters and cards from my family and friends around the world... and to receive surprise care packages!

    Perhaps one of my favorites was this past Christmas when my friend (a brilliant artist in England - he created my profile pic!) illustrated our cat Odin in a grumpy holiday doodle on his greeting card... it was unexpected, touching, and just perfect!

    This is so cute!! I remember sending Kaylah from the Dainty Squid a pair of kitty shoes and her sending me a beautiful thank you letter back :)it's so nice to get personal mail.
